All Innovation Sofabeds are backed by a 5-year manufacturer’s consumer warranty against faulty workmanship. Normal wear and tear and product abuse is not covered by the warranty. Assembly required if shipped interstate, or assembled on request.

Bought a sofa bed from these folks 6 years ago. A “Diana Deluxe Supremax Double Excess Sofabed Fabric Twist Granite” (bit of a mouthful, but if you want the best design, this is it!!). It’s excellent. The fabric has not worn at all — it looks brand new — and we have cats. It’s not the usual design. The bench and the backrest articulate into a bed. So it’s super firm. Not your typical sofa bed with a sagging mattress that makes you feel like it’s going to swallow you and gives a poor night’s sleep. Guests love it. After 6 years one of the wheels along which the bench part moves and articulates disintegrated. I emailed the store to ask if I could buy a replacement. The next morning Conny emailed back to say two — not one — replacement wheels were awaiting collection at the shop, for no charge. That’s service!! That’s back-up. And on top of an excellent product!! Money very well spent!! Great — GREAT — value for money. Thanks Conny and thanks Sofa Bed Specialists.
